Today we had the CPR training at the fire department. We had to learn how to use a defib, how to do CPR on adults, kids and infants, how to do it alone and with two rescuers, what to do when somebody chokes, what to do when an infant chokes.

Halfway through the first video our instructor was actually called out to an emergency.

Once I got home I let the dogs out to let them run. As always they had a blast 🙂
