Take a good look at that dangerous German Sheperd. He’s your worst enemy, frightening, powerful and absolutely evil! He’s one of the most dangerous dogs on the planet and definitely faster than you are. You CAN’T escape him!

Yukon, Zenzy and me went for the first walk of the year and we had lots and lots of fun. It was cold yet sunny. They loved to play around in the snow and I had the chance to take a lot of pictures. Just wished I had a better camera.

Yukon and Bones are hilarious. They love to play with each other and Yukon is as gentle as he’d play with a puppy. I hate that we can’t keep him. I really really hate that we can’t keep Bones and that we have to take Yukons playmate away but there are only two pets allowed in Housing. We could try to get an exception of policy but even if we get one it wouldn’t be fair to Bones. He would be a house cat and wouldn’t be able to go outside. We live on a big, very big street and it would be to much of a risk to let him out. So we will give him to my parents place. That’s the best for him.

Yet,I still feel bad to take him away from Yukon. He loves that little cat so much and has so much fun with him. I would have never thought that those two guys would get along so well. But Yukon gets along with pretty much everyone. Doesn’t matter what kind of animal it is, he’s always gentle and playfull.

Originally I got the crate for Zenzy. However, Yukon took over the crate and used it as his sleeping spot. He just loves the crate and whenever he wants some alone time he is using the crate.
When we found Bones, we first kept him in the crate to protect him from the two monsters. I guess he figured the crate is his and took over.

I felt kind of bad for Yukon. He wanted to go and lay down when he found out Bones took his place.

Finally, I have something to write about.
It’s been incredibly busy around here and I didn’t have the nerve to sit down and write a post. I know, I am a horrible blogger. But hey, at least I’ve got something to share for now.

A good friend of mine came all the way down from Vienna to visit us. He was also invited for the Battalion’s Christmas Social since he’s with the Austrian military.
However, the day after the Social we went to my parents place, picked up my mother and another friend and went to Rammstein to show him around.
For the time being we left the dogs at my parents place and we walked them before heading back to Heidelberg.
While walking the dogs I heard a cat whining. She sounded so sad and lonely and very very young. So we followed the cats voice and found a tiny little baby kitten.

Somebody must have put her out there on purpose. I hate when people do that. She’s so small and probably would have died from hunger possibly if we did not find her. It is not the first time that people put their pets out there hoping that my family finds them and takes them in.

I hate when people do that. If you get a pet you’ve got a responsibility. If you can’t take the responsibility or are not sure that you can afford it, DON’T GET A PET!
And if you have a male and female pet, get one of them castrated(better both), PERIOD!
